Property Damaged After Water Damage

SERVPRO of East Arlington responded to this water loss after the owners called and were very worried about all their possessions inside the building. The main worry after water damage, either from a broken pipe or sewage, is the humidity in the building. That's why we used desiccants to help with humidity.

A desiccant can be small, fitting in one room, or large. It needs to be set up outside. The desiccant's job is to extract humid air through one tube, dry out the air, and then return the hot, dry air into the building. Desiccants speed up the drying process, saving buildings and their contents.
