SERVPRO® of East Arlington promoted seven team members to new positions!

Austin Bucko and Jason Killion move from Crew Chief to other positions within the company. Bucko moved from our Clarksville, TN, location to be a crew chief for our East Arlington location and has since been promoted to a production manager. As a production manager Austin is responsible for analyzing components of the job; assigning, monitoring and managing production crews; and ensuring SERVPRO customers are well-pleased with our work. His flexibility and willingness to serve our SERVPRO team is invaluable.

Jason Killion is now a member of our dispatch team. As a part of our dispatch, Killion is responsible for connecting clients with the proper SERVPRO services and making sure a project manager is informed of the job and client’s specifics. As a previous member of the crew, Killion has a good grasp on the restoration industry, allowing him to better assist clients in moments of great stress and tragedy.

Sean Brown, Dustin Ingram, Evan Cluck, and Amber Gillig step up from production technicians to crew chiefs. All have shown dependability and competency in their roles and now take on the responsibility of establishing workflow and coordinating requirements for the job and their crew. This role requires thorough knowledge of SERVPRO processes and commitment to frequent training in order to continue improving and ensure a job well-done.

Adam Martin also moved from production technician to warehouse manager. He works to maintain the facility’s order which is key to the efficiency of our crews and contents cleaning.

Congratulations on these achievements and your continued growth! Thank you for your commitment to bettering SERVPRO of East Arlington.
