Storm Ready and Flood Standards

After a storm passes through the Texas area, SERVPRO of East Arlington can be onsite to extract the water with trained personnel. We observe the weather and are sure to have crews ready for any size of the storm.

When flooding occurs, it is standard to remove porous materials and dispose of them. Porous materials are any fabrics, drywall, and exposed wood. These items will soak up floodwater leaving contaminates inside the pores. In the after picture shows a flood cut, removing 12 inches of drywall from the flood line.
